Tout d’abord, Arrivé en retard par ma faute, Fanny m’a joint par tél pour savoir ce qu’il se passait.
Ensuite, une fois de plus je ne sais comment qualifier les soins prodigués par Fanny. Une vraie pro ! Un travail ciblé sur les besoins et le patient en ressent directement les bienfaits.
