I was very happy with my appointment today. Guillaume was most helpful and I am looking foward to my future appointments which I am sure will help solve my problems. I think there was a mix-up with the time though - I had written my appointment time down as 12.00 noon, whereas it appeared that you were expecting me at 11.45. I don't understand how this happened as I knew I could not get to Founex by 11.45. I don't know whether it was my fault or not, but my apologies anyway!
